I am: a Catholic liturgical musician (38 years), a choir director, a lover of all types of music that moves my soul.
I am not: going to put down a certain type or style of liturgical music because I don’t think it fits into my own idea of what moves a person to prayer or a closer connection with God. I am certainly not going to tell other people what liturgical music they should consider proper or prayerful.
I guess you could call me a “new kid on the block.” I recently released my first CD “Faith, Hope and Love” featuring a collection of songs I wrote for worship and meditation.
I am in the process of developing my own web site. Check it out if you’re interested in more information about my music.

Hi Tony – I’m enjoying VERY much reading your blog. Your thoughts are right on and it’s refreshing not to have another “hate” blog. THANK you for the opportunity just to read and talk about Liturgical Music.
